Official Photography Service

The University has appointed Tempest Photography as its official graduation photography provider. Please be aware that other photographers may approach you at the venue claiming to be official University photographers. Only Tempest Photography is authorised to provide the official graduation photography service, and the University cannot guarantee the quality or standards of other suppliers.

Studio Photos

You can have professional studio photographs taken in your graduation gown, with your guests before your ceremony (subject to time) or after. You will be able to view your photo proofs on the day and either place an order immediately or take them home and order later through Tempest Graduations | Tempest Graduation Photography. 

Studio Photography is available as a walk-in service, so there’s no need to book in advance. Located in The Wulfrun Hall, just next to the ceremony venue, The Halls.

Ceremony Photos

During the ceremony, our official photographers Tempest will take photos of you crossing the stage. These photos can be purchased after graduation in Student's Union or online via Event Photography Online Order Service a few weeks after all ceremonies have concluded.

Capture the Moment

There are plenty of great spots around campus to capture special graduation moments with your friends and family. Be sure to take lots of photos, share your celebrations with us  in your wonderful graduation pictures using #WLVGRAD — we can’t wait to see them!

 

 

Photography FAQ'S

Photography is located at the Wulfrun Hall, which is part of the ceremony venue.

University of Wolverhampton at The Halls is on North Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1RD

No, there is no need to book graduation photography in advance. The photography service operates on a walk-in basis, so you can visit the photography area on the day of your graduation.

Photography opening times will vary depending on the ceremony schedule each day. The service will open in time for the first ceremony and remain open until a couple of hours after the final ceremony has finished.

Please don’t worry if there is a queue when the scheduled closing time approaches. The photography team will continue to operate while there are guests waiting, so everyone has the opportunity to have their photographs taken.

Yes, you can have photos individually and with family and friends.

You can order them on the day or order them online any point after graduation.

You can view/ purchase your stage photo from the drinks reception area of main campus.
